Love Yoga Light

Welcome to the new solar cycle! This will be the last blog post, though I try to not say never. Please read my thoughts and connect with me on Instagram if you find a balance way to interact on social media. I find this particular platform to be most suitable to create visual and written expressions, in spite of the distracting ♥︎ button.

Last year brought deep internal shift which expressed through external changes. I dropped four of the weekly classes to address the chronic stress on my right shoulder due too excessive hands-on assist. The opening time and space allow me to turn my focus on co-creating with other teachers at Love Yoga Light, and offer events which give greater spaces in-between the offerings to heal physically and regenerate creatively.

The healing space I have created for myself will enrich all of us. I hope you can practice with me in one or more of the four classes I offer as well as the monthly workshops and seasonal retreats with the Moon Sisters—the community of yoga teachers who are on this healing and learning journey with me.

Loving wishes to you and all.

Summer Love

The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence.

Rabindranath Tagore

Here is one last update for the summer. Much professional productivity is in incubation at the moment. I will get back to blogging and posting the Practice in fall after the birthing of my projects. I'm protective of the unfolding while growing my work to be more meaningful, authentic, and spiritually sustaining. Collaboration is deeply satisfying. Wherever I look there are amazing women ready to align with me. When you see with your heart wide open the possibility is truly endless. I am grateful for the network of teachers and students who support me daily. Sending you warm wishes. Have a great rest of the summer!

Breath of Joy

When you do things from the soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.

Inspired by my partner who is taking an executive MBA program at UC Berkeley while working I'm starting (again) to write a yoga book. While math and statistics are joyful to him Pranayama & meditation are the joy of my yoga practice. So, starting this week I'm immersing in the process of birthing the Breath of Joy project and taking a short term break from my audio blog on this page. However, I'll try to post (and pose) on the Practice page (Yang Asana & Yin Asana) regularly. Time is the most precious resource. Making space or the breathing room is making time to abide in timelessness. When you are in your elements you feel the spirit moves through you. It's the pure joy of the present moment awareness. To give birth to your creativity take your time to breathe.
