Theories & Principles
This workshop is the 1st module of the four-part yin training, and is a part of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga @ Cindy's. The understanding of yin theories and principles cultivate a deeper, broader, and more complete perspective of the modern yoga practice. Yin yoga is a perfect practice for those wanting to learn effective ways to optimize physical and mental flexibility. It is one of the best ways to prepare the body and mind for the meditation practice. Janya will explain the yin-yang theory, the Chinese Meridian theory, and the principles of modern yin yoga as well as guide you through the physical practices.
