The postural practice is coupled with Pranayama or breathing techniques. It consists of mild to intense movements designed to pressurize key areas of the body and improve the overall circulation and vitality.
This movement meditation practice connects you to the spirit of life force that moves the body. Allowing the breath to guide and unite the body and mind leads to emotional equanimity, mental clarity, and physical wellbeing. All levels of fitness is welcome. The practice is contraindicated to those who are pregnant, injured, or deeply fatigued.
