Her signature Restorative practice consists of gentle long held floor poses designed to pressurize key areas of the body to release tension and stagnation allowing for a deep state of relaxation.
You will progress seamlessly from one pose to the next as if floating on a calm water, and experience the deep interconnectedness within and with all. The Restorative practice optimizes the body’s own healing process. You will apply the felt sense experience to harmonize the course of your action with an open heart and a clear conscience for the year ahead.
