All of us depend on both the muscular strength and the ligament suppleness for physical safety and mobility. From many years of practicing and teaching both yang type exercises and yin type conditionings, Janya can share with you the uniqueness of the Yin Yang Yoga that allows you to access the deeper understanding of your body and access your intuition. Intuitive Flow is an experience of effortless effort.
You will learn clear distinctions between yin conditioning and yang conditioning. You will be guided to the edge of your personal comfort zone without injuring the ligament system. Janya will share with you the yogic techniques of utilizing the right muscles and areas of the body. You will be guided into releasing the reactive pattern of energy wasting. You will learn how to access the place of effortless effort where the available energy and nutrients can be fully devoted to the required effort in steadying and easing your body and mind into the right and skillful conditioning. You will come to establish stillness in movement and know how to be the vital movement in stillness.

All levels of fitness and experience are welcome. The poses consist of the floor and standing poses which require mild to moderate muscular intensity and ligament flexibility. This workshop is not suitable to those who are injured or deeply fatigued, unless you know how to personalize the practice to suit your physical condition.
